Mike Elefante has always loved painting. He has taken classes at the Massachusetts College of Art and the Museum of Fine Arts as well as courses from local South Coast artists. His first teacher was Lisa Steig at Lesley College. He uses bright colors in still lifes and other representational paintings to bring life and a new perspective to the subject.
