SCA Meet & Greet This Weekend

Have questions about your membership? Want to learn more about our upcoming calls for entry? Need help taking images of your artwork? Do you need help renaming/resizing images?

We are offering an open informational session February 7th from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the Tiverton Public Library located at 34 Roosevelt Ave., Tiverton, RI.

We are happy to review the Tour registration process, help you name/resize your images, and even help you learn how to take photos of your work. All members, current and prospective, are welcome to attend. You are welcome to drop in any time from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the community room at the Tiverton Public Library. Help will be available in the order you arrive, so please be patient if many members arrive at once. We will do our best to offer individualized help.

Bring your laptop computer, camera, or artwork if you are looking for specific help in any of those areas.

Early bird Tour registration is underway. Eligible artists were sent a link to the registration form. If you do not have your link, please let us know and we will resend it to you.

Please be sure to review the prospectus before registration- you can find more information in the Member’s Only page of our website.

Early bird registration is open from February 1-13, 2026 for artists who were registered for the 2025 Tour. The form will close at 12:00 a.m. February 14th for a brief time until regular registration opens at 8:00 a.m. the same day.

IMPORTANT DATES REGARDING THE TOUR:

● February 1-13 - Early Bird Tour Registration
● February 14-28 - Tour Registration NEW: Registration will open at 8:00 a.m. on February 14th.
● February 28 - Tour Registration Closes. PLEASE NOTE: tour registration may close earlier if the maximum number of 75 artists is reached.
● March 2 - Tour Art Contest Submissions Open
● March 22 - Tour Art Contest Submissions Close
● May 21 - Tour Art Contest Winners Announced at Members Gathering
● June 17 - Kickoff Party at Weatherlow Farms, Westport, MA
● July 18-19 - Open Studio Tour Weekend One
● August 15-16 - Open Studio Tour Weekend Two
