Call for Entries Now Open

The 2023 Members’ Invitational Exhibition will be at: Sprout Gallery

Exhibition Dates: June 5 - 30

A festive reception celebrating our 20th Anniversary will take place as part of Gallery Night Providence, on Thursday, June 15.

ELIGIBILITY: Participation is open to all current South Coast Artists members.

ARTWORKS: This is a non-juried members’ exhibition. All works must be for sale. Up to three artworks may be submitted, however the total wall space used by any artist cannot exceed 48” x 48” including frames. Sprout will make every effort to hang as much as they can and will guarantee that all artists will be represented. All 2D work must be securely wired, no sawtooth hangers or clips will be accepted. Gallery wrapped canvases are acceptable, but staples must not be visible. 3D work must fit into a 36” x 36” space. A limited number of pedestals are available.

ENTRY PROCEDURE: Enter online at Call for Entries via the Invitational Exhibition form. You will be required to upload images of the works you wish to submit at time of registration, and submit a bio and artist statement.

IMAGE REQUIREMENTS: Please follow ALL directions for image file sizes and labeling. Only JPEGs are accepted. Each image must be at least 2500 pixels on one side and have a minimum of 300 dpi. If you need help with image requirements, sizing or questions, please contact Events Chair Kevin Garbarini krgarbs@gmail.com prior to submitting your entry.
