Now Open to All Members!

Please be sure to review the prospectus before registration- you can find more information, training videos, and other resources in the Member’s Only page of our website.

The Tour registration link can be found in the call for entries tab within the Member’s Only page.

PLEASE NOTE: Tour registration will close earlier when the maximum number of 75 artists is reached.

BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

• Make sure your images are properly named and resized

• Put them in a separate folder, easy to find on your computer, to make the upload process faster

• Copy and paste is your friend! Type out answers to the longer questions in a word document. At registration, you can simply copy and paste your answers into the correct boxes

• Website links MUST BE URL’s- copy and paste them from your browser

• Be sure to double check the spelling of your name, address and other personal information

IMPORTANT DATES REGARDING THE TOUR:

● February 14-28 - Tour Registration NEW: Registration will open at 8:00 a.m. on February 14th.
● February 28 - Tour Registration Closes. PLEASE NOTE: tour registration may close earlier if the maximum number of 75 artists is reached.
● March 2 - Tour Art Contest Submissions Open
● March 22 - Tour Art Contest Submissions Close
● May 21 - Tour Art Contest Winners Announced at Members Gathering
● June 17 - Kickoff Party at Weatherlow Farms, Westport, MA
● July 18-19 - Open Studio Tour Weekend One
● August 15-16 - Open Studio Tour Weekend Two

You must have renewed your membership for 2026 in order to access the Member’s Only page. The new password can be found in your membership renewal email.

The password for the Member’s Only portion of our website has changed for 2026!
You will find the new password in your membership renewal email message. The password is case sensitive, and there should be no spaces.
