Notice of Annual Meeting

Dear Members,

Please join us for the 22nd Annual Meeting of South Coast Artists, on Thursday, October 16, at the Macomber House in Westport, MA. The formal notice of the meeting is available here.

The evening will begin at 6:00 p.m.with our famous potluck dinner, with time to renew friendships and make new ones. The dinner and socializing portion will take place from 6:00-7:00 p.m., with the program beginning as usual at 7:00 pm

The evening will include a look back at the highlights of the past year—and what an exciting year it has been—and a glimpse at the plans and opportunities for the year ahead. We will honor Carol Way Wood who has completed many years of dedicated Board service and is stepping down to take a well-earned rest from the day-to-day operations, introduce this year’s slate of officers, vote, and welcome them into their new positions.

A special highlight of the Annual Meeting will be an art talk by SCA member Galen Snow.

We understand that cases of the flu are occurring in our area- if you are feeling sick, or that you might be sick, please stay home. We are also asking that you be considerate of the type of food brought for the pot-luck, and ask that you avoid bringing dip types of food with you. Please remember to take home your leftovers at the end of the evening as well!
