Holiday Exhibition Information

The Holiday Exhibition is coming up, and we need your help to make this event a success!

We are looking for volunteers to help with this exhibition and have a number of available slots, primarily for Gallery Sitting. Please review this list and sign up for any time you have available. 

Please review the available shifts, even if you already have checked before, as more volunteers are needed.

Intake Dates:

Saturday, November 29: 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Sunday, November 30: 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Delivery Instructions:

Each artist must fill out and affix an Artwork Identification Form to the back of their piece prior to drop off. Click the link below to download the form.

December 4: Holiday Exhibition Opens
December 5: Holiday Exhibition Opening Reception, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
December 21: Holiday Exhibition Closes
December 21: Holiday Exhibition Artwork Pickup, 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
