We have an opportunity for you to demonstrate your art and process during the Hatch Street Studios, Open Studio Event Saturday, May. 18th from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, May 19th from 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. as part of our community outreach and educational mission.

Please note: This is an educational program for visitors to learn about your art-making process. It is not a sales event. However, you are most welcome to share business cards and information about your upcoming exhibitions and events.

Submit Your Entry- Deadline on Friday!

You’re invited to submit work for our annual Members’ Invitational Exhibit! Registration must be completed online from March 25 - April 5, 2024. Please scroll down to read more details about the event and how to register. We are excited to have this unique opportunity to share your artwork in the lovely gallery space at the Bristol Art Museum!

ARTWORKS: This is a non-juried, non-themed members’ exhibition. Works previously shown in SCA exhibitions will not be accepted. Up to three artworks may be submitted, however the total wall space used by any artist cannot exceed 36” x 36”, including frames. SCA will make every effort to hang as much as they can and will guarantee that all artists will be represented. All 2D work must be securely wired, no sawtooth hangers or clips will be accepted. Gallery wrapped canvases are acceptable, but staples must not be visible. 3D work must fit into a 36”l x 36”w x 96”h space.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

ENTRY FEE & PROCEDURE: Enter online March 25 - April 5, at Call for Entries via SCA website. There is a $10 entry fee/member due at the time of registration. You will be required to upload images of the works you wish to submit at time of registration.

All works must have an Artwork ID form completed and attached to each piece at drop-off.

AWARDS: New this year! An independent juror will select winning works for awards, including cash awards!

Intake: Sun. April 21 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. Mon. April 22 4:00 - 6:00 p.m Pickup: Sun. May 26 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. Mon. May 27 4:00 - 6:00 p.m

Exhibition: April 28 - May 25, 2024

Reception: Sun, May. 5, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
