About Kat Knutsen
Kat is multidisciplinary artist who works primarily with painting, fiber art, photography, computer graphics, and independent art publication. She holds a BFA from the University of North Carolina Asheville, and an MFA from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. She also has studied at the New York Academy of Art and the Florence Academy of Art. She is based in New Bedford, where is has created several outdoor murals. She is an adjunct professor at Bristol County Community College.
